  • The original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Return requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Products returned without an unboxing video.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
